Q. How is the fabric printed?

A. Our digitally printed fabric is printed using fiber reactive dyes which react with the fiber, becoming part of it. The fabric is then run through a fixation process that ensures a high level of permanency and a 3 step wash process. This means that even though color will always leech from any fabric, it is very limited with this process.

Q. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY Fabric or Pillow?

A. Our fabric is machine washable in cold water. We suggest using the gentle cycle and should be dried on low or hung to dry. Feel free to use an iron to work out any wrinkles.

Q. How do I care for my hand-stitched pillow??

A. Due to the intricate nature of our hand-stitched pillows they should only be spot cleaned with cool water or dry cleaned. To keep your pillow looking as bright as the first day you saw it,  we recommend keeping these out of direct sunlight. 

Q. Is it possible to order a different fabric?

A. Yes, prices may vary depending on what fabric you are interested in. Contact me at hello@greygoodsstudio.com and we can chat.

Q. I’m based overseas/not in the continental US. Will you still ship to me?

A. Yes!  Please email hello@greygoodsstudio.com and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.

Returns/Exchanges

You are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@greygoodsstudio.com so that we can find a solution.

Please note that fabric orders can not be returned as they are cut specifically for you. To prevent any confusion, we suggest ordering fabric swatches first.

Please send back your item within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging making sure to include the receipt so that it can be repaired, replaced or returned for a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase. We will process your refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your return to appear on your credit card statement. Grey Goods has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping

All items are shipped via the USPS. If you would like to arrange an alternative shipping solution contact us at hello@greygoodsstudio.com.

To generate zero waste, fabric is printed to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, this includes pillow construction. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent to you at the end of the day once your items ship.
